Im März 2001 organisierten wir unsere zweite Bildungsreise mit feuerwehrtechnischem Schwerpunkt, diesmal mit Los Angeles als Ziel. Nach zweijähriger Vorbereitung und Unterstützung durch verschiedene Behörden konnte die Reise im März 2001 endlich stattfinden.  Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Besuche der NASA und der Edwards Airbase, die ohne die grosse Hilfe unseres Freundes Oti nicht möglich gewesen wären. In March 2001, we organized our second educational trip focusing on fire service technology, this time to Los Angeles. After two years of preparation and support from various authorities, the trip finally took place in March 2001. The visits to NASA and Edwards Air Base deserve special mention; these would not have been possible without the invaluable help of our friend Oti. Some impressions of this trip can be viewed here.
